Every Reflexology treatment begins with my signature Mini-Spa Foot Bath. Pure relaxation awaits as your feet embark on a journey of renewal. Allow me to Pamper you. This stimulating foot bath utilizes my hand-crafted Spa Aromatherapy Soaks in a calming vibration Tub of Water followed by Foot Scrub and Hot Moist Towels to prepare you to truly let go. This deeply soothing bath along with a cup of organic hot tea, is the perfect start to even more indulgence with the treatments of your choice. Young Living Essential Oil therapy is included in all sessions. Other treatments can be added to Reflexology as described below.
Vita-Flex means vitality through the reflexes. It is a variation on reflexology that is believed to predate acupuncture revived by Gary Young founder of Young Living Essential Oils. Nine (9) Essential Oils are applied to specifically selected reflex points of the feet along the spine of the foot to stimulate the immune, circulatory, endocrine, muscular, and digestive systems individually with Vita-Flex Techniques followed by my Softening Touch, Hot Moist Towel Wraps and a blending of traditional Chinese and Thai Reflexology. The combination of the Essential Oils and the techniques help in energy alignment, releasing tension and congestion and harmoniously balances every system in the body.
The Body Balance Ionic Detoxification System works with the Natural Healing Power of Water and the electrically charged Ions that are absorbed into your cells by osmosis. Once balanced, the cells automatically continue their job of removing toxins from the body. Treatment may improve symptoms of: Arthritis, Allergies, Gout, Migraines, Joint Pain, Fatigue, Depression, Fibromyalgia, Circulatory Problems, Swelling, Muscle Pain, Immune Deficiencies and more.
The Detox Sessions range from 20 to 30 minutes and are then followed by an Aromatherapy Scrub, Hot Moist Towel Wraps, and Foot Reflexology for a one hour session.

Some refer to Acupressure as Acupuncture without needles. JinShinDo is Acupressure with emphasis on understanding your body and your connection with it. Acupressure, like Acupuncture works on the meridians that are a network of channels that transport Energy (QI) by touching Acu-points which are places along the meridians where the Qi is accessible.

Reflexology & Acupressure Facial $125
Acupressure Facial is the application of pressure upon Acu-Points along the meridians and their branches that flow through the neck, head and face. The Acu-points are places of high electrical conductivity (and low resistance). Additionally they are also the most common areas of tension build-up. These points have a stronger effect than the random application of pressure throughout the muscular body. The impression of facial beauty is directly related to the tension level of the face, head and neck muscles. Tension has a detrimental effect on the skin condition, by impeding circulation of blood and energy. This helps explain why the release of tension in these areas during an acupressure facial session tends to: reduce stress and facial tension, resulting in a refreshed radiant complexion, and facilitate relaxation throughout the entire body, a soothing break from everyday stresses and a sense of overall harmony and balance.
